Pavillion is a great place to stay. One caution for those who have not stayed there before: the building can be loud overnight into the early morning hours from the bars nearby. My partner and I love the vibrancy of the nightlife, and it never bothers us. The front desk staff is always kind, and the building is well-maintained. This studio unit is nice and clean and has the needed things for a trip, whether a quick weekend or an extended stay. The rooftop is excellent to spend time at, whether during the day or as the sun sets. This building is in a great central location with many options nearby to enjoy the local culture, shops, eat or drink. You can enjoy the ocean at the beach in a few minutes!

Apartment is right in the centre of Zona Romantica surrounded by bars, clubs and restaurants - a perfect location. I was worried that noise from the nightclub would distract my sleep (I'm a light sleeper), but it wasn't an issue for me - once my head hit the pillow, I was falling asleep in minutes. My hosts were very proactive in providing all information I needed before I asked for it, they were also very quick to answer any questions I had. I had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay at the property, I'd definitely stay there again.

A beautiful condo! Sparkling clean. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Great down comforter on the bed. Fast internet without any problems. Lots of bedding & towels. Comfortable furniture! Filtered water was a huge plus! Great security! I felt safe & comfortable during my entire stay! Next visit to PVR I would stay @ Cinde’s again!

Great location! Loved how close all of our favorite spots were and how easy of a walk everything was. The balcony is shaded most of the day until the afternoon and really loved that. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location! Amazing host! Amazing vacation! The attention to detail, everything you needed was right there. The house was stunning, decorated beautifully. We had toddlers there was everything we could possibly need. Virginia, our on-site host was the best. She gave us local recommendations for food, went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The Dreamhouse is hands down the best air bnb we have ever rented. All of the family members were pleased, which is no easy feat. Nothing was cheap or worn out. Plenty of hangers, storage in bedrooms and kitchen, huge number of nice beach towels and beach equipment plus back pack style beach chairs! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor living room above street level. Made simple meals on the outdoor grill and we all sat around the big table together in the ocean breezes. Cinde has an amazing sense for detail providing throws for cool evenings, outdoor hooks for towels as you come off the beach, a bucket and hose to rinse sand before climbing into the HUGE hot tub. The manager Virginia was a perfect balance of checking on us but wasn’t intrusive. Great to have 2 off street parking spots, though a bit challenging at first. Hoping to return to the Dreamhouse soon.

Interacting directly with the co-host, Simone, she was very helpful with check-in preparations, the amenities for the unit and building, and the surrounding area.

The location was perfect and centrally located and walk-able to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife. I would highly recommend and would stay at this unit again in future visits.
