The space:

The Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th floor terrace features a sparkling lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas and a seating area. The separate rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, jacuzzi, bar, BBQ and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica. Beautiful sunsets & bay views!

Guest access:

Guest(s) has access to all common areas of the building including lobby/meeting area, 2 pool terraces, oversized hot tubs (2), BBQ area & gym. Building has 1 elevator that is shared with all 8 floors. Stairs are also available. Common area bathrooms are located on lobby level, and levels 5 & 8 by pools. 

Guest’s are expected to obey all the common area rules & regulations.

Other things to note:

Everything is a quick walk from the condo. You can Uber, bus, or taxi anywhere else very inexpensively! Beach is 2 blocks west, and the boardwalk has many places you can eat at, or sunbathe in a lounge chair with umbrella for the day. Our favorite is El Dorado & Swell! Some of the amenities offered are shared, like 2 common area pools, 2 large Jacuzzi's, gym, BBQ area, lobby, elevator, and parking garage (additional fee for parking in garage). The condo association has common area rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment. All guests are expected to respect and abide by these rules that are posted. 

***This unit is subject to loud noise at night. Nightlife is next street over, and if you are sensitive to noise, we do not suggest booking this unit. We do have 2 other 1 bedroom, 2 bath units available in this building that are quiet if preferred.
