The unit itself, any Pavilion common areas, which include 2 pools (one is a rooftop with amazing ocean views), the gym, the BBQ & lounge area, 2 spas on the rooftop, and the lobby/greeting area.

Guest access;

The Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th floor terrace features a sparkling lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas and a seating area. The separate rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, jacuzzi, bar, BBQ and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica.

Other things to note

Pavilion has a doorman upon arrival. You will be greeted by a host to show you around the unit and the common areas.

The doorman is there 24/7, and there is QR coded access entry available if doorman is away from his desi momentarily. 

PLEASE NOTE: Pavilion is situated on the street right behind the bar scene. The bedroom is quiet with the door closed, but the living room can be loud with music from the nightclubs located behind on the next street. Please consider these factors when booking the unit.
